This is the application for WINTER VILLAGE AT THE RED MILL MUSEUM 2019 in CLINTON NJ. This event is open to handmade crafters, vintage peddlers, and food trucks only. It is not required to vend all three days, however there is a $75.00 discount for purchase of all three days.

  • FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2019 from 9:00 AM ET to 4:00 PM ET

  • SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2019 from 9:00 AM ET to 4:00 PM ET

  • SUNDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2019 from 9:00 AM ET to 4:00 PM ET


Applications will be selected on a rolling basis. First round of applicants will be accepted on March 18, 2019. Additional applications will be accepted on a bi-weekly basis going forward.

We are accepting wait list applications for jewelry, bath & body, and knitwear.


  • One 10'x10' tented booth space in a pavilion-style market with food trucks in adjacent gravel lot (pavilion tent is supplied by Marketspace, you do not have to bring a tent)

  • Heating and Lighting (even more than last year!)

  • Flooring throughout both Quarry and Riverside tents (new this year!)

  • Electricity (vendor must provide extension cord)

  • Advertising by Marketspace, The Clinton Guild, and The Red Mill Museum

  • Elite Event (Ticketed event for customers, bringing serious shoppers)

  • Coincides with The Red Mill's 10th annual Festival of Trees, a well-established event in Clinton, NJ

The application fee of $10.00 (or $20.00 for food truck vendors) will be credited toward the vendor booth price of $225.00 per day for craft vendors, $125.00 per day for snack vendors (ie. popcorn, pretzels, coffee) and $325.00 per day for food truck vendors (includes health department permit fee. Food trucks may require fire inspection, which is not included in this fee). If purchasing all three days, you will receive a discount of $75.00.

This event is incorporated within the Annual Festival of Trees. A general admission fee of $10.00 will be charged to customers (free to museum members and children age 6 and under) to enter the festival and Winter Village. Food trucks will be available on-site.

·         Vendor booth spaces measure 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Vendors are required to provide their own tables, table linens, chairs, and extension cord (if utilizing power). If you require more than a 10x10-foot space, please let us know in advance so that you can purchase 2 adjacent booths.

·         Vendor is also responsible for collecting sales tax for his/her own business which can be applied for through the state of New Jersey online here.
