2nd Annual Hackettstown Maifest 2018


Think Oktoberfest in spring... we are excited to bring a street-fair style market to Main Street in Hackettstown, New Jersey. Vendor booth spaces are 10'x'10' to accommodate a pop-up tent and display.

Bea McNally's will once again be rolling out a slew of activities including a beer truck, live 2-hour radio broadcast by WDHA, and authentic German food! Czig Meister Brewing and Man Skirt Brewing will host games, contests, live music, drinks, cultural dancing, maypole, and food during the event. There is no admission to partake in the festivities and everyone is welcome to shop our vendors. Each brewery will feature special Maifest-inspired beer, including a celebratory keg tapping at 12 PM! Notice: Parking in lots will be free for the day.

·         In order to maintain a streamlined vendor registration process, there is not a separate application for this event.  If you are interested in this event and would like to reserve a booth space, please add the number of booth spaces to your cart and proceed to checkout.  You will enter information about your business including your products, website, and social media links during checkout.  If you have not completed checkout and received a confirmation number, you will not be considered for this event.  Please be sure to reference our “FULL FOR” section (below) before making your purchase. 

In the event we cannot accept your registration, you will be contacted via email and refunded.  Vendor contract will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase, unless otherwise noted.  Please sign within 48 hours to finalize your reservation. If you have questions, concerns, or technical issues please check our FAQs page before emailing kim@marketspacevendorevents.com.

·         The purchase of this item includes OUTDOOR vendor booth space for 2ND ANNUAL HACKETTSTOWN MAIFEST 2018 in HACKETTSTOWN, NJ on MAY 19, 2018 from 12:00 PM ET until 8:00 PM ET.

·         Registration for this event is limited to craft artisans, artists, and vintage peddlers only.  Sorry, no direct sales/MLM (Avon, LuLaRoe).

·         Vendor is required to supply their own (1) 10'x10' pop-up tent, tables with tablecloths, and up to (2) chairs.  If you require more than (1) 10'x'10' vendor booth, please purchase the appropriate number of booths.  

·         Vendors agree to keep their space clean and return area to how they found it. Marketspace Vendor Events is not liable for lost or damaged items (including tables and tents - please secure tents firmly). We are unable to provide electricity on-site, vendors can provide own source of electricity. 

·         Vendor is also responsible for collecting sales tax for his/her own business which can be applied for through the state of New Jersey online here.

·         All Consumable Goods and Food Vendors to secure appropriate township food vendor and fire permits and provide a copy of permits and license to Marketspace Vendor Events prior to event.
