Clinton’s Art In Bloom Festival
VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS
New This Year: We will be providing a shuttle from Clinton Public School to the event for vendors to use between 8am-11am and 4pm-6pm. Attendees will also be able to use the shuttle by parking at one of three approved locations:
Clinton Public School at 10 School St, Clinton, NJ 08809
Trans-Bridge Lines at 194 Center St, Clinton, NJ 08809
Unity Bank at 64 Old Hwy 22, Clinton, NJ 08809
Please Note: We are working directly with the Clinton Guild and Downtown on this town-wide event. We ask for your understanding with the following instructions. We have done all that we can to make sure load in and out, flow of event, and layout benefits the vendors as much as possible while respecting the local participating (and non-participating) Clinton Guild Member Businesses.
1. Craft Vendor Unloading and Set Up:
Set-up begins no earlier than 8:00 am, with the event beginning at 11:00 am.
Please use the Sign-Up.com link in the Detailed Instructions email sent out closer to the event date to reserve your arrival and set-up time.
We need to wait for the police to arrive and give us the green light before any vendor may unload. If you arrive any earlier than 8:00 am, please DO NOT PARK on Main Street, East Main Street, or Lower Center Street. We will signal to vendors when we are ready for you.
This is an outdoor event on the street. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes and dressing in layers.
Vendors will set up their own 10 ft x 10 ft pop-up tent, tables, chairs, and displays. If a tent or table was rented, it will be provided to you upon arrival. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 10:00 am.
Please do not forget your tent weights to firmly secure your tent. Tents must be weighted down with 15 lbs on each leg.
Please check-in with a Marketspace Staff Member at your designated check-in area indicated on the map. Please find your Check-In Area Below.
Once you check in and are directed to your space, please fully unload your car.
DO NOT PARK IN THE STREET. DO NOT SET UP UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE MOVED YOUR CAR.
Please remember that Vendor booth dimensions are 10 ft x 10 ft. We recommend bringing battery or self-sustained power-source operated lights (portable battery/ generator). We cannot guarantee use of electricity.
Vendors must abide by all fire inspector requests on day of event, including table and display placement.
2. Vendor Parking:
Please fully unload your car and drive to one of the vendor parking areas. Make sure to move your car before setting up your tent and displays.
All vendors please park at Clinton Public School, we have an agreement with them for vendor parking so that municipal lots and street parking remain available for attendees.

3. During the Event:
Porta potties are located in the 20 Lower Center St parking lot.
There is no electricity or wifi provided for this event
Clinton will have participating food vendors and local businesses accompanying our craft market in support of their event.
We will be posting to Facebook and Instagram (including live feed) during the event. Please let us know in advance if you are NOT interested in being a part of the posts.
4. Breakdown:
Packing up will begin at 4:00 pm and conclude by 6:00 pm.
As you pack up, please move your belongings (including tent, tables, chairs, and displays) onto the sidewalk. This will allow more room for cars to pull up and park.
Once fully packed up, please flag down your assigned Marketspace Staff Member for permission to bring your car up to your space. EVERYTHING MUST BE PACKED BEFORE GETTING YOUR CAR.
Please load your car quickly to allow everyone to drive up to their spot.
Once it is safe to do so, the police will reopen the roads to normal traffic.
