Czig Meister Brewing’s Anniversary

VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS

1. Craft Vendor Unloading and Set Up:

  • Set-up begins no earlier than 9:00 am, with the event beginning at 12:00 pm.

    • We will signal to vendors when we are ready for you.

  • This is an outdoor event in a parking lot located adjacent to the brewery building. Hand trucks are recommended. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes and dressing in layers.

  • Vendors will set up their own 10 ft x 10 ft pop-up tent, tables, chairs, and displays. If a tent or table was rented, it will be provided to you upon arrival. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 11:30 am.

    • Please do not forget your tent weights to firmly secure your tent. Tents must be weighted down with 20 lbs on each leg.

  • Please check-in with a Marketspace Staff Member at the designated check-in area indicated on the map. Please find the Check-In Area Below.

    • Once you check in and are directed to your space, please fully unload your car.

    • DO NOT SET UP UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE MOVED YOUR CAR.

  • Please remember that Vendor booth dimensions are 10 ft x 10 ft. We recommend bringing battery or self-sustained power-source operated lights (portable battery/ generator). We cannot guarantee use of electricity.

  • Vendors must abide by all fire inspector requests on day of event, including table and display placement.

2. Vendor Parking: (Please see Parking Map Below)

  • Please fully unload your car and move your car to either the back parking lot, the parking lot at 225 W Stiger St. (10 min walk) or anywhere along Valentine St.

3. During the Event:

  • There is no electricity or wifi provided for this event

  • Feel free to have a drink! Alcohol is allowed inside the market area.

  • We will have participating food vendors and local businesses accompanying our craft market.

  • We will be posting to Facebook and Instagram (including live feed) during the event. Please let us know in advance if you are NOT interested in being a part of the posts.

4. Breakdown:

  • Packing up will begin at 6:00 pm and conclude by 8:00 pm.

    • As you pack up, please move your belongings (including tent, tables, chairs, and displays) into a centralized spot. This will allow more room for cars to pull up and park.

    • Once fully packed up, please flag down your assigned Marketspace Staff Member for permission to bring your car up to your space.  EVERYTHING MUST BE PACKED BEFORE GETTING YOUR CAR.

    • Please load your car quickly to allow everyone to drive up to their spot.

    • Once it is safe to do so, the police will reopen the roads to normal traffic.
