Flounder’s Kringle Market
VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS

1. Craft Vendor Unloading and Set Up:

  • Set-up begins no earlier than 8:00 am, with the event beginning at 11:00 am.

  • This is an outdoor event and vendors will set up their own 10 ft x 10 ft pop-up tents around the Christmas tree and wreath farm adjacent to the brewery. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 11:00 am.

    • Upon arrival at the brewery, please unload only at the two gravel path entrances OR the parking lot behind the distillery. Only food trucks and coffee trailers will be able to drive up to their spots. Marketspace staff will direct you.

    • Please use the Sign-Up.com link in the Detailed Instructions email sent out closer to the event date to reserve your arrival and set-up time. Sign up for ALL DAYS you are vending.

  • Please remember that Vendor booth dimensions are 10 ft x 10 ft.

    • Please bring tent, sidewalls, tables, chairs and any table linens you wish to decorate your display with.

    • Tent weights (15 lbs per leg) are required.

  • Vendors must abide by all fire inspector requests on day of event, including table and display placement.

2. Vendor Parking:

  • Once you have unloaded completely at the designated unloading areas, you may continue to the free vendor parking area in the back parking lot. We will direct you.

    PLEASE DO NOT BEGIN SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH UNTIL YOU MOVE YOUR CAR SO WE CAN STREAMLINE AND ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE QUICKLY.

3. During the Event:

  • There will be food, snacks and drinks on-site for purchase. Vendors are welcome to purchase coffee, refreshments, and beer and bring it with them to their vendor booths. You are also welcome to bring your own food.

  • Vendors are welcome to use the indoor bathroom during the event. They are located at the side door of the brewery.

  • We will be posting to Facebook and Instagram (including live feed) during the event. Please let us know in advance if you are NOT interested in being a part of the posts.

4. Breakdown:

  • Packing up and unloading will begin at 5:00 pm and conclude by 7:00 pm. 

  • If you are returning the next day, you may leave your products and displays as is.

    • Please find a Marketspace staff member who will give you the green light to get your car.

  • Please take all trash with you and leave the area in the same condition as you arrived.
