Handmade Holiday at The Woodland
VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS

Check-in Address: 60 Woodland Rd, Maplewood, NJ 07040

1. Craft Vendor Unloading and Set Up:

  • Set-up begins no earlier than 7:00 am, with the event beginning at 10:00 am.

  • This is an indoor event and vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 10:00 am.

    • REMINDER: Each booth space measures 6ft wide by 6 ft deep and all displays must stay within your 6ft booth space.

  • Loading/Unloading will occur on either the left side of the building or the front door. Please use parking lot spaces labeled accordingly. They are numbered 1 – 8 on the map on Page 3.

    • There are several parking lots in the area. We have included a map on Page 4.

    • Please abide by Maplewood parking regulations as we cannot be responsible for parking/traffic violations.

    • Hand trucks are highly recommended to take displays, and merchandise from car to booth.  Please unload quickly and move your car to one of the lots indicated on the Map on page 4.

  • Please remember to bring display pieces and any linens you wish to decorate your display with.

  • Vendors must abide by all fire inspector requests on day of event, including table and display placement.

2. Vendor Parking:

  • Please park in one of the lots indicated on the Map below.

  • Please leave the Woodland parking lot spaces available for customers throughout the day.

3. During the Event:

  • Due to the indoor layout, a maximum of (2) representatives from Vendor’s entity may be present behind the table at any one time.

  • The doors to the building remain open throughout the event. Please dress in layers in the case of a chilly day.

  • We will be posting to Facebook and Instagram (including live feed) during the event. Please let us know in advance if you are NOT interested in being a part of the posts.

4. Breakdown:

  • Packing up and unloading will begin at 4:00 pm and conclude by 6:00 pm.

  • Please dispose of all trash and leave the area in the same condition as you arrived.
