1. Craft Vendor Unloading and Set Up:

  • For all events besides Witches Night Out, set-up begins no earlier than 9:00 am, with the event beginning at 12:00 pm. Cars arriving between 9am-10am will be able to pull their cars into the vending area. Cars arriving after 10am will need to park and take a small walk from vendor parking to the vending area.

    • For Witches Night Out, set-up begins no earlier than 3:00 pm, with the event beginning at 5:00 pm.

  • This is an outdoor event in a grassy field at a farm. We suggest wearing boots and dressing in layers.

  • Vendors will set up their own 10 ft x 10 ft pop-up tent, tables, chairs, and displays. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by the event start time.

    • Please do not forget your tent weights to firmly secure your tent. Tents must be weighted down with at least 15 lbs on each leg.

  • Please check-in with a Rebel Sheep Staff Member at the designated check-in area indicated on the map. Please find the Check-In Area Below.

    • Once you check in and are directed to your space, please fully unload your car.

  • Please remember that Vendor booth dimensions are 10 ft x 10 ft. If needed, we recommend bringing battery or self-sustained power-source operated lights (portable battery/ generator). We cannot guarantee use of electricity.

  • Vendors must abide by all fire inspector requests on day of event, including table and display placement.

2. Vendor Parking:

  • Please fully unload your car and drive the short distance to the designated vendor parking area.

3. During the Event:

  • There is no electricity or wifi provided for this event

  • Feel free to eat and have a drink! Food will be available inside and alcohol is allowed inside the fenced in area.

  • We will be posting to Facebook and Instagram (including live feed) during the event. Please let us know in advance if you are NOT interested in being a part of the posts.

4. Breakdown:

  • For all events besides Witches Night Out, packing up will begin at 6:00 pm and conclude by 8:00 pm.

    • For Witches Night Out, packing up will begin at 9:00 pm and conclude by 11:00 pm.

    • Please pack up as much as you can and lower your tent before loading your car.
