1. Craft Vendor Unloading and Set Up:

Set-up begins no earlier than 7:00 am, with the event beginning at 10:00 am.
This is an outdoor event and craft vendors will set up their 10 ft x 10 ft displays within a 10x10 tent provided by Marketspace, unless otherwise discussed (i.e. food trucks, trailers and other snack vendors). Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 10:00 am.
- Please use the Sign-Up.com link in the Detailed Instructions email sent out closer to the event date to reserve your arrival and set-up time. Sign up for ALL DAYS where you will be driving your car onto the grounds to unload.
- If you are vending on consecutive days and do not need to drop off items to your tent the second or third day, you do not need to sign up for those dates.
Upon arrival at the Red Mill, please check in with the Marketspace Staff Member to be given unloading directions. Look for a Marketspace staff member at the gate - they will be able to direct and assist you.
- Vendors may NOT drive between the rows of tents. Unload at the designated unloading area for the Riverside or Quarry Tents. Hand trucks are recommended. Please ask for help if you need it.
- Please remember to bring tables, chairs, shelving and any linens you wish to decorate your display with.
Vendors must abide by all fire inspector requests on day of event, including table and display placement.

2. Vendor Parking:

Once you have unloaded completely at the designated unloading area, you may continue to the free vendor parking area. Marketspace Staff will be available to watch your equipment while you park. Please see map, Page 3.

PLEASE DO NOT BEGIN SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH UNTIL YOU MOVE YOUR CAR SO WE CAN STREAMLINE AND ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE QUICKLY.
Driving on museum grounds is prohibited between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, that includes helpers leaving.

3. During the Event:

This is a ticketed event. Patrons will pay a museum donation fee to enter the Festival of Trees and the Winter Village; Free to museum members and children under the age of 6. Discounts are provided for families and those converting daily to annual passes.
Vendors can share four (4) FREE tickets to their friends and family. Please use coupon code that was emailed to you.
This event is taking place during Thanksgiving Weekend, inclusive of Black Friday and Small Business Saturday, as well as the following weekend. We will be giving away 1,000 tote bags to customers over the six-day market.
There will be food, snacks and drinks on-site for purchase. Vendors are welcome to purchase coffee, refreshments, and beer and bring it with them to their vendor booths.
Vendors are welcome to use the indoor bathroom during the event. They are located on the end of the brown office building closest to the front gate. The bathrooms will be marked with signs that say “Staff Only”.
Parking in Downtown Clinton is FREE.
We will be posting to Facebook and Instagram (including live feed) during the event. Please let us know in advance if you are NOT interested in being a part of the posts.

4. Breakdown:

Packing up and unloading will begin at 6:00 pm and conclude by 8:00 pm.
If you are returning the next day, you may leave your products and displays as is.
- Please find a Marketspace staff member who will give you the green light to get your car.
- The Marketspace staff member will close and secure the front of your tent. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO CLOSE YOUR TENT YOURSELF. IT IS A LIABILITY.
If it is your last day at the market, please pack up all your product and displays BEFORE getting your car.
- If you get your car before you are fully packed, your car will be blocking others who are trying to leave.
Please take all trash with you and leave the area in the same condition as you arrived.
