1. Craft Vendor Unloading and Set Up:

Set-up begins no earlier than 8:00 am with the event beginning at 10:00 am.
This is an outdoor event in a grassy field at a farm. We suggest wearing boots and dressing in layers.
Vendors will set up their own 10 ft x 10 ft pop-up tent, tables, chairs, and displays. If a tent or table was rented, it will be provided to you upon arrival. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 10:00 am.
- Upon arrival at the farm, please wait to be directed by a Marketspace Team Member. You will be able to pull up to your space to unload, however only a few cars will be let onto the property at a time as a safety measure.
- Please do not forget your tent weights to firmly secure your tent. Tents must be weighted down with 25 lbs on each leg.
Please check-in with a Marketspace Staff Member first before setting up.
- Once you check in and are directed to your space, please fully unload your car and go park in the assigned vendor parking area.
Please remember that Vendor booth dimensions are 10 ft x 10 ft. We recommend bringing battery or self-sustained power-source operated lights (portable battery/ generator). We cannot guarantee use of electricity.
Vendors must abide by all fire inspector requests on day of event, including table and display placement.

2. During the Event:

There is no electricity or provided for this event.
We might have access to wifi – if so, we will walk around and let you know how to access it.
We will be posting to Facebook and Instagram (including live feed) during the event. Please let us know in advance if you are NOT interested in being a part of the posts.

3. Breakdown:

Packing up will begin at 4:00 pm.
- Anyone vending on both event dates are welcome to leave their tent and displays up overnight at their own risk.
- As you pack up, please pack up and collapse all items before getting your car. This will allow more room for cars to pull up and park.
- Please load your car quickly to allow everyone to drive up to their spot.
