Thank you for joining us for one or all of these events in downtown Hackettstown, NJ. These Hackettstown events are a collaboration between Hackettstown BID and Marketspace Vendor Events. The form below is for Hackettstown BID Member businesses only.

A space will be provided to all Hackettstown BID Member businesses who are interested in setting up a tent and table at the event to sell their products or advertise their business.

Fee: A $50 participation fee is required to sign up. You will receive a $25 refund after the event provided you arrive on time, your booth stays open for the duration of the event, and you leave your space the way you found it.

Important: Your space will be in front of your brick and mortar location, where possible.

Upon completing the form below, you will:

  1. Receive an acceptance email with payment instructions.

  2. 4-6 weeks prior: Receive promotional graphics to share to your social media outlets if you wish.

  3. 1-2 weeks prior: Receive detailed instructions on setup and breakdown.

Hackettstown Street Fair
Date: Sunday, July 21, 2024
Rain Date: Sunday, July 28, 2024
Time: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm ET
Location: Main St, between High St. and Plane St. in Hackettstown, NJ 07840
Space: Outdoor 10x10, bring your own tent.
Fee for BID Members: $50 (50% refundable)

Hackettstown Oktoberfest
Date: Saturday, September 28, 2024 and Sunday, September 29, 2024
*If vending both days, tents and displays must be taken down overnight. The streets will reopen overnight.
No Rain Date: Will not postpone due to weather.
Times: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm ET (both dates)
Location: Main St., Grand Ave., and Valentine St. in Hackettstown, NJ 07840
Space: Outdoor 10x10, bring your own tent.
Fee for BID Members: $50 per day (50% refundable)
