Small Business Consulting

Many of the small business owners in our network are looking for tools and answers that go beyond the coaching experience. We are excited to announce that we now also offer small business consulting services. You’ll still be able to opt for coaching services and now you can also choose consulting if it serves you best.

Consulting offers tools, trackers, and more of an “advice approach” than coaching. Once your needs are assessed during a discovery call, subsequent sessions can be focused on sharing small business best practices, and ready-made trackers with a quick tutorial to adapt to your business.

Session Suggestions:

  • Basics of setting up an ecommerce website

  • Basics of setting up a social media channel (Instagram, Facebook)

  • Optimization of digital advertising

  • How to find your demographic

  • Scheduling of social media posts for engagement

  • Setting up a product pricing and event tracker

  • Organization around business taxes

  • How to file an EIN, trade name, LLC or Sole Proprietor
